Urinary Biomarker Study

This Urinary Biomarker Study (UBS) added a urine sample collection protocol to each of the 8 time points of ultrasound examinations in the Human Placenta Project (HPP) cohort.

Recruitment for the HPP cohort began in January of 2016 at two Obstetrics and Gynecology clinics: Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) and the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). The UBS add-on collection began on February 26, 2018 and is expected to continue through May 2019, with a target collection of samples from n = 300 pregnancies.
